現(xiàn)在再簡單介紹一下萬能試驗機（如電子萬能試驗機，液壓萬能試驗機）的保養(yǎng)維護方法，用戶可以仔細(xì)閱讀，這都是我們在多年的生產(chǎn)銷售中總結(jié)的經(jīng)驗，首先主機的保養(yǎng)有機器所配的夾具應(yīng)涂上防銹油保管；鑲鋼板與襯板接觸的滑動面、襯板上的燕尾槽面應(yīng)保持清潔，定期涂一層薄的MoS2 潤滑脂;4、定期檢查鉗口部位的螺釘，如發(fā)現(xiàn)松動，及時擰緊;定期檢查鏈輪的傳動情況，如發(fā)現(xiàn)有松動，請將張緊輪重新張緊;由于液壓萬能試驗機的鉗口經(jīng)常使用，容易磨損，氧化皮太多時，容易導(dǎo)致小活塞損傷漏油，所以鉗口處應(yīng)經(jīng)常打掃，保持清潔;

其次油源也要很好的維護保養(yǎng)，還有控制系統(tǒng)定期檢查控制器后面板的連接線是否接觸良好，如有松動，應(yīng)及時緊固;試驗后若有一段較長的時間不用機器時，關(guān)閉控制器和電腦;控制器上的接口為一一對應(yīng)，插錯接口可能對設(shè)備造成損壞;插拔控制器上的接口必須關(guān)閉控制器電源。
